Give reviewers store credit they can use on their next order

The Judge.me and Redeemly integration rewards product reviews with Shopify store credit. Choose a reward amount, add optional bonuses for photos or videos and decide whether the credit should expire. Judge.me collects the review, while Redeemly issues credit to the customer’s Shopify account.

Give feedback a reward customers can spend

A coffee equipment store could offer credit for a review of an espresso machine. The customer shares their experience, then has credit available toward a later order. The reward stays in their Shopify customer account and can be used at checkout when they sign in.

Encourage photos and videos that help the next shopper

Offer extra credit for a photo showing the machine on a kitchen counter or a video demonstrating its size and controls. Set the media bonus in Redeemly so the reward reflects the kind of feedback you want to encourage.

How the integration works

Connect and authorise Judge.me from Redeemly’s integrations area. Configure the credit amount, optional expiry and media bonuses, then enable and save the reward.

A customer submits a review, for example from a post-purchase review request email. Redeemly issues the configured store credit when the review qualifies. Set up reward emails in Redeemly so customers know the credit is available and how to use it.

Before you connect

• Judge.me: Awesome is required.

• Redeemly: the Judge.me integration is included in its Free plan for up to 50 monthly orders. Paid plans cover larger order volumes; check the current app listing for your store’s allowance.

• Shopify accounts: enable new customer accounts and store credit. Customers need to sign in to see and use their credit in this documented flow.

• Verified-review setting: if you choose verified reviews only, the review must be verified before credit is issued. Check this setting when testing a review that has not yet been verified.

• Notifications and activation: configure Redeemly’s reward emails, and make sure the connection is both connected and enabled.

Already using both apps? Follow the Redeemly guide. Submit a qualifying test review, confirm credit in the Shopify customer account, then sign in on the storefront and check it is available at checkout.

New to either app? Install Judge.me and Redeemly, choose Awesome and a Redeemly plan for your order volume, then enable the required customer-account and credit settings.
