The Judge.me and Recurpay integration displays product ratings inside the Recurpay customer portal. Customers can see feedback while viewing or managing their subscription products, without needing to return to the storefront just to check a rating. Judge.me supplies the product feedback; Recurpay presents it within the subscription experience.
Give subscribers feedback about the product
A household-products store could show the rating for its laundry tablets in the subscription portal. A customer reviewing that product can see how other shoppers rated it alongside their subscription experience. The score reflects feedback about the product, rather than a rating of the subscription service or delivery schedule.
Reuse the reviews you already collect
The connection uses existing Judge.me product ratings, so your portal does not need a separate collection of customer feedback. Continue gathering reviews through Judge.me and let Recurpay fetch the rating data for supported products. This keeps the same source of product feedback available beyond the storefront.
How the integration works
Activate Judge.me in Recurpay’s app integrations and provide the public and private API tokens described in the connection guide. Once connected, Recurpay retrieves product rating data and displays it in its supported customer-portal format. Updates can take time to sync, so the portal may not reflect a newly submitted review immediately.
Recurpay presents ratings in its own portal format. Review collection and moderation remain in Judge.me; subscription management and the portal layout remain in Recurpay.
Before you connect
Shopify: install and activate both apps on the same store, and configure your Recurpay subscription products and portal.
Judge.me: the Free plan supports this connection.
Recurpay: use Grow, listed as Growth in the Shopify App Store, for the connection described here.
Existing reviews: a product needs Judge.me reviews before it can display a rating. Check that the intended product is available in your portal.
Display scope: the connection covered here displays product ratings. Plan for Recurpay’s rating display rather than a full written-review widget.
