The Judge.me and Line Loyalty integration awards points when customers leave reviews that meet your earning rules. Choose a reward value and how often a customer can earn it, so feedback becomes a defined activity in your loyalty program.
Set a repeatable reward with a clear limit
A merchant can create a review earning rule alongside the other ways customers earn points. Set the points value and earning frequency to fit the program. Customers can contribute feedback on later purchases without an unlimited stream of rewards for repeated submissions.
Keep reward eligibility separate from publication
A review does not need to be published to qualify for points. The integration checks your configured criteria rather than requiring the feedback to appear on the storefront first. This keeps the earning rule distinct from your review moderation workflow.
How the integration works
Create a Review earning rule in Line Loyalty and configure its points and frequency limit. Connect Judge.me from Line Loyalty’s integrations area using your Judge.me private API token.
When a customer submits a review, Judge.me checks whether the customer and review meet the rule criteria. It then notifies Line Loyalty, which awards the configured points. Connecting the apps and saving the earning rule are both part of the setup.
Before you connect
Judge.me: Awesome is required.
Line Loyalty: the integration requires Grow or above, as specified in the Judge.me setup guide.
Connection: use the private API token, not the public token.
Rewards: choose the earning amount and frequency before promoting the reward. Reviews do not need to be published to qualify.
