The Judge.me and Shopney integration puts product ratings and reviews inside your Shopify mobile app. Shoppers can tap the stars on a product detail page to read the feedback, then add their own review without leaving the app experience.
Help shoppers go beyond the star rating
A star rating gives a quick overview, but a customer may want to understand why people liked a product. In Shopney, tapping the rating opens the review details. This keeps the product information and the experiences behind its rating close together.
Keep app feedback connected to your store
Reviews submitted through the mobile app are reflected in Judge.me and your web-store review experience. Your mobile channel can contribute new product feedback alongside the reviews already collected on the website, rather than becoming a separate collection to maintain.
How the integration works
Install both apps on the same Shopify store and connect Judge.me in Shopney’s integrations settings using your Judge.me private API token. Enable the integration and save the configuration. Shopney provides the in-app display; Judge.me remains the review source.
If you use image reviews, enable Shopney’s image-review setting as described in its guide. Check a product with existing reviews in your app so you can verify the rating, review details and chosen media settings together.
Before you connect
Plans and platform: Judge.me Free is supported. On the Shopney side, the integration requires Gold or above.
Activation: installing both apps is not enough; the Judge.me connection must be enabled in Shopney.
Placement: the documented experience begins on the product detail page. This connection does not mean every Judge.me storefront widget appears throughout your app.

New to either app? Install Judge.me and Shopney, then configure the integration on a supported Shopney plan. Shopney develops and maintains the app integration.
