Judge.me & Seguno integration

Show product ratings where subscribers discover your products

The Judge.me and Seguno integration displays product ratings in your marketing emails. Add stars beside featured products, a collection or a product list so subscribers can see customer feedback while browsing the items in the email. Judge.me provides the ratings; Seguno controls the email layout and sending.

Give a featured product more context

A stationery store could include a pencil case’s rating in a back-to-school newsletter. Subscribers see the product and its feedback together before deciding to visit the product page. In a Featured products section, you can enable the review count alongside the rating.

Carry ratings across a collection email

Use Featured collection or Product list sections when the campaign introduces several items. Each rated product can bring its own feedback into the email, helping shoppers compare the products they are considering. Change the star colour in Seguno’s theme settings to fit the campaign’s design.

How the integration works

Connect Judge.me from Seguno’s Connections area using your private API token. Both accounts must use the same Shopify store domain.

Add a Featured products, Featured collection or Product list section in the email editor, then enable the product-rating option. Seguno pulls the average rating from Judge.me for the products in that section. Preview the email to confirm the intended products and ratings appear.

Before you connect

• Judge.me: Awesome is required.

• Seguno: you need a Seguno Email Marketing account. Starter is free for up to 250 subscribers; paid plans add premium features and larger subscriber allowances. Check the plan comparison for the campaigns and automations you want to run.

• Product data: a product needs reviews in Judge.me before Seguno can show its rating.

• Supported sections: use Featured products, Featured collection or Product list, and enable the rating display in that section.

• One ratings provider: Seguno supports one connected product-review app at a time for email ratings.

• Matching store: connect the Judge.me private token for the same Shopify domain used by Seguno.
