The Judge.me and Superfans integration brings product ratings and reviews into your Shopify mobile app. Superfans, formerly Vajro, displays existing feedback on product detail pages and sends new reviews collected in the app back to Judge.me.

Bring existing feedback into the app

Launching a mobile storefront does not have to mean starting with empty review sections. The integration displays your Judge.me ratings and reviews on the corresponding app product pages, giving shoppers customer feedback while they consider the item.

Let app shoppers add their own experience

Customers can write reviews and attach photos from the mobile app. That feedback joins the reviews in your Judge.me dashboard, so the app becomes another place to collect product experiences as well as display them. The photo-review flow supports up to three images per review.

How the integration works

Connect Judge.me in the Superfans integrations area using your Judge.me private API token, then enable the connection. Superfans renders the product-page review experience; Judge.me supplies existing reviews and receives new reviews submitted through the app.

Preview a product in the app after connecting. Existing apps may need an update to use the photo-review feature. The setup guides still use the former Vajro name; the Shopify listing now uses Superfans.

Before you connect

• Plans and platform: the integration is available on Judge.me Free and Awesome. Superfans is a separate paid mobile-app service for Shopify.

• Supported content: customers can read and write text and photo reviews. Video reviews are not supported by this app integration.

• Placement and controls: the documented review display is on product detail pages, not home or collection pages. Do not expect the app to reproduce every storefront widget, rating filter or Q&A feature.
