Turn new product feedback into actions across your apps
The Judge.me and Make integration starts a scenario when a new review arrives, then sends the review information to the apps you choose. A scenario is Make’s name for an automated workflow. Connect its Watch Reviews module to a spreadsheet, team messaging tool or other supported action, with the fields and conditions your team needs.
Keep a useful record of product feedback
A craft store could send new reviews of a yarn winder into Google Sheets, mapping the product, rating and written feedback to columns. The team can then read and organise those entries alongside its product notes, without copying each review by hand. This workflow records incoming feedback; it does not replace the reviews managed in Judge.me.
Bring feedback to the people who can use it
Send a message to your team when a new review needs attention, or use filters to route particular feedback to a support workflow. You choose the destination and conditions in Make. The automation moves the information; your team still decides how to respond to the customer or improve the product.
How the integration works
Connect the Watch Reviews module using your shop domain and private Judge.me API token, and configure its webhook. Add the destination app’s module, connect that account and map the review fields into its action. Test the scenario, then activate it.
Make also provides a Make an API Call action for authorised requests to the Judge.me API. Custom API workflows need the appropriate endpoint and parameters; the action does not make every review operation a ready-made module.
Before you connect
Judge.me: the Make integration is available on the Free plan.
Make: the Free plan includes 1,000 monthly credits, the visual builder, routers and filters. Paid plans provide higher allowances and additional workflow controls.
Destination apps: connect the accounts used by your scenario and check their own access requirements.
Data and timing: map the fields each destination needs and test the actual trigger and action before activation. Plan and scenario settings affect how the automation runs.
Support: Make develops and maintains the connector.

Already using Judge.me and Make? Add Watch Reviews to a scenario, choose a destination and map the review fields. Test a new review and check that the correct product, rating and written feedback reach the record or message before turning the scenario on.
New to either service? Install Judge.me on your Shopify store and create a Make account through its Judge.me connector page. Choose a Make plan for your expected usage, connect the accounts and build one useful workflow first.
