A shopper exploring bath linens might discover a waffle bathrobe in a recommendation box. Its star rating adds customer feedback to the product’s image and description as they decide whether to explore it.
LimeSpot handles the personalized suggestions. Judge.me contributes the ratings shown beside those suggestions, bringing the reviews you already collect into the discovery experience.
How the integration works
Install both apps on Shopify. Open LimeSpot’s recommendation Designer, enable user ratings in its global settings, then save and publish the changes.
Ratings are off when LimeSpot is first installed. Publishing the rating display makes the product feedback visible in the recommendation boxes you use.
Before you connect
Judge.me: the Free plan includes basic product star ratings.
LimeSpot: use Max for personalized recommendations and app integrations. Activate your subscription to publish the recommendation experience.
Loading: LimeSpot warns that loading reviews for each product individually can affect page load time. Check your recommendation pages after enabling ratings.
Scope and support: the documented connection displays ratings in website recommendation boxes and is maintained by LimeSpot.
