Show customer ratings as shoppers browse collections and search results

The Judge.me and FlashSearch integration displays product star ratings on the collection and search pages generated by FlashSearch. You can also create a review-rating filter to help shoppers narrow those product lists.

Keep ratings visible during comparison

A shopper comparing alarm clocks can see ratings while browsing the collection, instead of opening each product to find its customer feedback. The same integration brings stars into FlashSearch results when the shopper starts with a search.

Both displays use the product ratings from Judge.me, bringing the same customer feedback into two ways of browsing your store.

Let shoppers filter the collection by rating

Add a Review rating filter when customer feedback is a useful way to narrow your catalogue. Shoppers can use it alongside the other filters you configure in FlashSearch.

You choose whether to include the filter. Star display starts after the integration is enabled; the rating filter needs to be created separately.

How the integration works

Install Judge.me and FlashSearch on your Shopify store. Enable FlashSearch in Judge.me, then enable Judge.me in FlashSearch’s app integrations.

Stars will appear on collection and search pages generated by FlashSearch. If you want rating-based filtering, create and save a Review rating filter in FlashSearch, then check it on the storefront.

Before you connect

• Plans and platform: use Judge.me Awesome and a FlashSearch subscription on Shopify. FlashSearch plans are sized by catalogue capacity.

• Page scope: the documented display is on pages generated by FlashSearch. Check the collection and search experience you actually use.

• Filter setup: enabling the app connection does not create the optional rating filter for you.

• Ownership: manage the source reviews in Judge.me and the product-discovery display and filters in FlashSearch.
