The Judge.me and BOGOS integration displays star ratings in the Gift Slider and Bundle Widget. It also links reviews collected from cloned gift products back to the original products, helping you keep feedback connected to the items you sell.
Give shoppers more context when choosing a gift
A hair accessories store might let shoppers choose a silk scrunchie as a gift with their order. Showing each product’s stars in the Gift Slider brings customer feedback into that choice. Ratings also work in the Bundle Widget, where shoppers assess products offered together.
Keep gift feedback with the original product
BOGOS can use cloned products for gifts. When you enable review collection through gift products, reviews collected for those clones sync with the original product. Feedback from a promotional item can then contribute to that product’s review history.
How the integration works
Install both apps on the same Shopify store and set up your BOGOS offers. Enable the Judge.me connection in BOGOS and approve the authorization request.
Choose whether to collect reviews through gift products, display star ratings, or use both. Preview a gift or bundle offer containing reviewed products to check the stars. Review collection through cloned gifts is a separate option from this display.
Before you connect
Judge.me: the Awesome plan is required.
BOGOS: use a paid plan. The free plan does not include integrations; paid pricing depends on your Shopify plan and BOGOS-attributed order usage.
Supported displays: star ratings appear on the Gift Slider and Bundle Widget. Enable the display option for this use.
Review scope: gift review syncing applies to cloned gift products and their originals. Gift recipients still need to submit their own feedback.
