Reward product feedback with points or discount codes

The Judge.me and Akohub integration lets you reward product reviews through Ako Marketing’s loyalty program. Choose points or a discount code, then configure the review conditions customers need to meet. Review collection stays in Judge.me, while Akohub manages the reward.

Choose a reward that fits your program

A kitchenware store could offer a discount reward when a customer reviews a colander. Alternatively, it could award loyalty points. Choose the option that matches the way customers already earn and redeem rewards in your store.

Set the conditions for earning

You can make the activity available to any reviewer or restrict it to verified buyers. Set review-format requirements and how often a customer can earn, so the review activity follows an explicit reward policy.

How the integration works

Connect Judge.me from Ako Marketing’s loyalty integration settings and authorise access to your review information. Add the Write a product review earning action, choose points or a discount code and configure its conditions.

Save and activate the rule. Review activity that meets the configured conditions can then earn the reward type you selected. Points and a discount code are alternative reward choices; the connection does not automatically award both.

Before you connect

• Judge.me: Awesome is required.

• Akohub: Ako Marketing’s Platinum plan or higher is required.

• App identity: Akohub is the developer; the loyalty app and its settings use the Ako Marketing name.

• Reward configuration: choose the reward type, eligibility and frequency before activating the earning action.

• Reviewer eligibility: verified-buyer eligibility is an optional setting; connecting the apps does not mean every review qualifies.
