The Judge.me and MP Instagram Feed integration adds product star ratings and review counts to tagged items in your shoppable feed popup. Shoppers browsing your Instagram, TikTok or other feed content can see feedback about the featured product before visiting its page. Judge.me supplies the review data; MP Instagram Feed handles the gallery and product cards on your store. The connection does not publish product ratings onto Instagram or TikTok itself.
Add feedback to a tagged product
A hobby store could feature a tabletop telescope in a short social video, then tag the matching Shopify product. Opening the feed post reveals the telescope’s product card with its rating and review count. This connects the item in the content with feedback about the same product.
Keep ratings aligned with collected reviews
Continue collecting and publishing reviews in Judge.me while MP Instagram Feed keeps the displayed ratings in sync. You do not need to re-enter scores in every post. A tagged item without published reviews can remain in the feed without showing stars, so unreviewed products do not need to be removed.
How the integration works
Connect Judge.me in MP Instagram Feed’s integration settings. Then enable product reviews and ratings in the shoppable feed settings, choose Judge.me as the review provider and save.
The feed popup displays the rating and review count for the products tagged in the post. Connecting the apps and enabling the display are separate steps; review collection and moderation continue in Judge.me.
Before you connect
Shopify: install both apps on the same store and enable Judge.me on your theme.
Judge.me: the connection is available on the Free plan.
MP Instagram Feed: Growth or Pro is required to display product reviews. Starter’s limited product tagging does not include this review-display feature.
Content and tags: connect your feed content and tag the Shopify products shown in it. A rating requires published review data for that product.
App identity: use Shopplaza’s MP Instagram Feed, listed at the mageplaza-instagram-feed app address. It is a separate app from Mintt Instafeed and Adevole’s Instafeed+Story.

Already using both apps? Connect Judge.me, enable product ratings and open a tagged post on your storefront. Check the product identity and its rating against Judge.me before adding more tagged content.
New to either app? Install Judge.me and MP Instagram Feed, choose Growth or Pro and set up your feed. Start with a product that already has published reviews, then follow the connection guide.
