Judge.me & Growave integration

Reward reviews through a custom connection to your loyalty program

The Judge.me and Growave integration lets your developer connect product reviews to a Growave custom reward action. Judge.me supplies the review event, and your hosted workflow sends the corresponding activity to Growave. This requires development work; it is not a built-in connection you switch on.

Keep review collection and loyalty in the apps you use

A cycle shop collecting feedback in Judge.me can reward a customer who reviews a balance bike through its Growave loyalty program. The custom action links the review activity to the existing reward program without moving review collection into Growave.

Build an explicit review-to-reward workflow

Your team creates a Growave custom action with its own reward and reference ID. A developer then builds the connection between the submitted review and that action, including the customer information Growave needs to attribute the activity.

How the integration works

Create the custom action in Growave and record its reference ID. On your own server, receive Judge.me’s review webhook and use the supplied review ID to retrieve the review details, including the customer’s email address.

Send the matching event to Growave’s API with the custom-action reference and customer information. The configured action determines the reward. Your technical team owns the code that receives the webhook and submits the event.

Before you connect

• Judge.me: Awesome is required.

• Growave: Plus is required for custom actions and API access.

• Developer support: a developer or technical team must build and host the connection. No built-in toggle completes this workflow.

• Customer matching: the workflow must retrieve the review details and pass the correct customer email to Growave.

• Review eligibility: configure suitable review-collection restrictions before rewarding submissions. The partner guide recommends restricting collection to buyers through review-request emails, optionally allowing API submissions for your workflow.
