Link customer reviews to environmental impact actions

The Judge.me and Greenspark integration lets you connect product or company reviews to actions such as planting trees or rescuing plastic. Judge.me continues collecting your reviews. Greenspark carries out the automation you configure and records the associated impact in its platform.

Make feedback part of your impact program

A garden store could fund tree planting when a customer reviews a hose. Choose an action that fits your program and explain the connection to customers: their feedback can trigger a funded impact action, alongside helping other shoppers understand the product.

Choose the action and when your automation starts

Choose the review trigger you want to use for your automation. Greenspark supports tree planting, plastic rescue, carbon offsetting and kelp planting. Select the impact amount and a start date for the automation, then use Greenspark to track the activity it generates.

How the integration works

Add Judge.me in Greenspark’s integrations area and connect it using your shop details and Judge.me API key. Once connected, create an impact automation, select the review trigger and choose the action, amount and schedule.

When the configured review event occurs, Greenspark records the corresponding impact action. Connecting the apps alone does not choose an impact action or launch your automation; save the rule you want to run.

Before you connect

• Judge.me: the integration is available on the Free plan.

• Greenspark: a paid subscription is not required. Pay-as-you-Grow includes one active app integration and basic automations, including review triggers.

• Impact costs: a free subscription does not make the funded actions free. Greenspark charges for the impact you create.

• Connection details: use the shop details and API key requested by Greenspark’s connection guide.

• Responsibility: Judge.me manages reviews; Greenspark manages and displays the environmental actions. Choose the impact amount and schedule before saving the automation.
