The Judge.me and Boomerang Bounce Back integration combines an exit offer page with product reviews. When Boomerang detects behaviour that suggests a visitor is about to leave, it can direct them to a page in your store where Judge.me ratings and reviews provide more product context. The experience uses a dedicated page rather than an overlay popup.
Pair a second look with customer experience
A home-and-garden store could feature a picnic basket on its offer page alongside published reviews. Someone who was about to leave can see both the product and feedback from customers who reviewed it. The page gives that visitor more information to consider before deciding whether to continue shopping.
Use the feedback you already have
Add Judge.me star ratings or a Review Widget to the landing page you use with Boomerang. You can make existing product feedback part of that second look without collecting a separate set of reviews for the offer. Your product selection and page content should determine which reviews are relevant.
How the integration works
Prepare an offer page in your store, add the relevant Judge.me review content and set it as the destination for Boomerang’s flow. Boomerang handles detecting supported exit behaviour and directing the visitor; Judge.me supplies the customer feedback displayed on that destination page.
The review connection does not create your offer or decide which products to feature. Page content and the redirect experience need to be configured before the flow is activated. Use the linked guide or Boomerang’s setup service for the implementation details.
Before you connect
Shopify: install Boomerang and Judge.me on the store that hosts your offer page. Boomerang’s listing supports all Shopify plans.
Judge.me: the Free plan supports this connection. This page focuses on star ratings and the Review Widget.
Boomerang: the app is free to install, with charges based on revenue and orders attributed to Boomerang. Review its current pricing before activating the flow.
Content: prepare the destination page and published feedback for the products it features.
Ownership: Boomerang controls exit detection and the visitor flow. Judge.me remains your place to collect and manage reviews.

Already using both apps? Add the appropriate Judge.me content to your chosen destination page, configure Boomerang and test the visitor experience on desktop and phone. Check that the page and its reviews match the products being presented.
