The Judge.me and BLOY integration gives customers loyalty points after their product reviews are published and meet your reward rules. Add a Leave a review earning action to BLOY so customers have another way to take part in your loyalty program.
Give customers a route from loyalty to product feedback
When a customer selects Leave a review in BLOY, they go to a collection page, choose a product and write their review in the Judge.me section of its product page. A cookware store could use this path to invite feedback on an oven mitt after purchase.
Make publication part of the reward journey
Submitting the review alone does not award points. The review follows your Judge.me settings for automatic or manual publication. BLOY checks your reward rules after it is published. The points reward is tied to that eligible published review.
How the integration works
Connect Judge.me in BLOY and authorise review access. Add Leave a review as a way to earn, set the points value and save the rule.
When a new review is published, Judge.me sends the event to BLOY. BLOY checks eligibility and awards the configured points. This applies to reviews submitted after the integration was enabled.
Before you connect
Judge.me: Awesome is required.
BLOY: Launch or higher is required. The current Launch plan includes review rewards and Judge.me integration.
Published reviews: points depend on publication and your reward rules; submitting a review is not enough.
New activity: only reviews submitted after the connection is enabled qualify through the integration.
Storefront path: customers need to reach the product page and submit feedback through its Judge.me review section.
