Give customers points for new product reviews

The Judge.me and Amplify Loyalty integration rewards customers when they submit new product reviews after setup. Amplify Loyalty awards the points and lets you limit how often each customer can earn. The integration is available to stores with a US business address that sell in USD.

Make feedback another way to earn

A homeware store can reward a customer who reviews a new mailbox. This activity can earn points even if the reviewer does not already have a customer profile in the store.

Control how often reviews earn points

Choose the points value and use the optional Restrict reviews setting to limit earning frequency. For example, a merchant could allow one review reward every 30 days. The interval is your choice, rather than a fixed integration limit.

How the integration works

Connect Judge.me in Amplify Loyalty using your Shopify domain. Add Leave a Review to your program, choose Judge.me as the integration and set the points value and any frequency restriction.

After you save the setup, Judge.me passes new review events to Amplify Loyalty. Amplify Loyalty manages the corresponding points under the rule you configured.

Before you connect

• Judge.me: Awesome is required.

• Amplify Loyalty: the integration is available on its free plan.

• Store eligibility: your business address must be in the United States and your store must sell in USD.

• New reviews only: rewards apply to reviews created after setup, not your existing review history.

• Reward ownership: points are managed in Amplify Loyalty. Set the earning value and any frequency restriction there.
