If you're a dropshipper working with the CJdropshipping app, you can easily import reviews from your CJdropshipping products to Judge.me.
Considersations
Reviews imported from CJdropshipping won't be verified in Judge.me as they don't provide verification data that meets our standards.
How to import reviews from CJdropshipping
Step 1: Export reviews from CJdropshipping
From your CJdropshipping product page, go to the Buyer Reviews tab.
Click Export reviews.
Step 2: Fill in the Product Handle
Click File > Import and go to the Upload tab.
Select the file you received from CJdropshipping.
Click Import data.
Add in the product handle to match the reviews with the correct Shopify products. You can find the product ID and product handle in your Product Management dashboard — click here for step-by-step instructions.
When done, click File > Download > Comma separated values (.csv).
Step 3: Import your reviews to Judge.me
Once you've downloaded the file with the Product Handle, you can now import that file to Judge.me.
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Import reviews.
In the Import reviews from a CSV file section, select Shopify Product Reviews (deprecated).
Upload the CSV file you downloaded from Step 2.
Click Import to complete the process.
