Integrating with Joy to reward reviews with loyalty points

Give customers loyalty points in Joy for the reviews they leave.

Available on the Free plan

The Joy integration lets Joy give customers points for their reviews. It gives customers a reason to write a review.

How the Joy integration works

Here's how a review earns points in Joy:

  1. A customer leaves a review.

  2. Judge.me sends Joy a webhook when a customer leaves a review.

  3. Joy adds points if the review matches the earning rule you set up in Joy, which covers the points for each review and how many reviews a customer can earn points for.

Considerations

Before you set up the Joy integration, review the following considerations:

  • This integration is available on any Joy plan.

  • This integration is developed and maintained by the Joy team. For help with setup or any issues, contact Joy support.

  • Judge.me doesn't send a webhook for imported and synced reviews.

  • If you enable Judge.me coupons, a customer can get both the Judge.me coupon and points for the same review.
