The Froonze integration lets Froonze give customers points for their reviews. It gives customers a reason to write a review.
How the Froonze integration works
Here's how a review earns points in Froonze:
A customer leaves a review.
Judge.me sends Froonze a webhook when a customer leaves a review.
Froonze adds points if the review matches the earning rule you set up in Froonze, which covers the points and extra points for reviews with photos or videos or for verified reviews.

Before you set up the Froonze integration, review the following considerations:
This integration is available on the Judge.me Reviews Awesome plan and the Froonze Advanced plan or higher.
This integration is developed and maintained by the Froonze team. For help with setup or any issues, contact Froonze support.
Judge.me doesn't send a webhook for imported reviews.
Set up the Froonze integration
Step 1: Subscribe to the Froonze Loyalty plugin
To subscribe to the Froonze Loyalty plugin:
From your Froonze app, go to Subscriptions.
Turn on the Loyalty toggle.
Select a plan that includes Integrations.
Click Update subscription.
Step 2: Connect Judge.me to Froonze
To connect Judge.me to Froonze:
From your Froonze app, go to Loyalty program > Integrations.
Turn on the Judge.me integration toggle.
Click Save.
Log in to your Judge.me account, if you aren't logged in already.
Click Connect to Judge.me Product Reviews.
On the Judge.me authorization screen, click Authorize.
Step 3: Enable Froonze in Judge.me
To enable Froonze in Judge.me:
From your Judge.me Reviews app, go to Settings > Integrations > Customer Accounts Concierge.
Select Enable Customer Accounts Concierge.
If you send coupons through Judge.me, click Continue in the Disable Judge.me coupons message.
Click Save on the top right.
Step 4: Set up the Judge.me review earning rule
To set up the Judge.me review earning rule:
From your Froonze app, go to Loyalty program > Earning rules.
Turn on the Judge.me review earning rule toggle.
Click Edit.
Set the points and conditions you want, such as extra points for reviews with photos or videos, or for verified reviews.
