Integrating with Mage Loyalty to reward reviews with loyalty points

Give customers loyalty points in Mage Loyalty for the reviews they leave.

Available on the Free plan

The Mage Loyalty integration lets Mage Loyalty give customers points for their reviews. It gives customers a reason to write a review.

How the Mage Loyalty integration works

Here's how a review earns points in Mage Loyalty:

  1. A customer leaves a review.

  2. Judge.me sends Mage Loyalty a webhook when a customer leaves a review.

  3. Mage Loyalty adds points if the review matches the earning rule you set up in Mage Loyalty, which covers the points, any bonus for photo or video reviews, and how often a customer can earn them.

Considerations

Before you set up the Mage Loyalty integration, review the following considerations:

  • This integration is available on the Mage Loyalty Essential plan or higher.

  • This integration is developed and maintained by the Mage Loyalty team. For help with setup or any issues, contact Mage Loyalty support.

  • Judge.me doesn't send a webhook for imported reviews.

  • If you enable Judge.me coupons, a customer can get both the Judge.me coupon and points for the same review.
