The Gratisfaction integration lets Gratisfaction give customers points for their reviews. It gives customers a reason to write a review.

How the Gratisfaction integration works

Here's how a review earns points in Gratisfaction:

A customer leaves a review.
Judge.me sends Gratisfaction a webhook when a customer leaves a review.
Gratisfaction adds points if the review matches the earning rule you set up in Gratisfaction, which covers the points per review and how many reviews per product and per day a customer can earn points for.

Considerations

Before you set up the Gratisfaction integration, review the following considerations:

This integration is available on the Judge.me Reviews Awesome plan and any Gratisfaction plan.
This integration is developed and maintained by the Appsmav team. For help with setup or any issues, contact Appsmav support.
Judge.me doesn't send a webhook for imported and synced reviews.
Judge.me coupons aren't generated while Gratisfaction is enabled.

To get your Judge.me private API token:

To connect Judge.me to Gratisfaction:

From your Gratisfaction app, click Loyalty and Referral Program in the left menu.
Open the Reward reviews menu, then select Judge.me.
In Shop domain, enter your store's myshopify.com domain.
In Private token, paste your Judge.me private API token.
Click Save.

To create the review earning rule in Gratisfaction:

From your Gratisfaction app, click Loyalty and Referral Program in the left menu.
Open the Reward reviews menu, then select Judge.me.
In the Basic settings section, set the Points per review and the maximum number of reviews rewarded per customer.
Click Save.

To enable Gratisfaction in Judge.me:

From your Judge.me Reviews app, go to Settings > Integrations > Gratisfaction.
Select Enable Gratisfaction.
If you send coupons through Judge.me, click Continue in the Disable Judge.me coupons message.
Click Save.
