The Appy Stamp integration lets Appy Stamp give customers stamps for their reviews. It gives customers a reason to write a review.
How the Appy Stamp integration works
Here's how a review earns stamps in Appy Stamp:
A customer leaves a review.
Judge.me sends Appy Stamp a webhook when a customer leaves a review.
Appy Stamp adds stamps if the review matches the earning rule you set up in Appy Stamp, which covers the number of stamps and how many times a customer can earn them.
Considerations
Before you set up the Appy Stamp integration, review the following considerations:
This integration is available on the Appy Stamp Shopify plan or higher.
This integration is developed and maintained by the Appy Design team. For help with setup or any issues, contact Appy Design support.
Judge.me doesn't send a webhook for imported and synced reviews.
If you enable Judge.me coupons, a customer can get both the Judge.me coupon and stamps for the same review.
Set up the Appy Stamp integration
Step 1: Connect Judge.me to Appy Stamp
To connect Judge.me to Appy Stamp:
From your Appy Stamp app, go to Integrations.
In the Customer Feedback section, click Connect on the JudgeMe card.
On the Judge.me Authorization required page, click Authorize.
Once Judge.me is connected, Appy Stamp shows We are successfully connected to JudgeMe.
Step 2: Create the review earning rule in Appy Stamp
To create the review earning rule in Appy Stamp:
From your Appy Stamp app, go to Stamp Program.
In the Ways to earn section, click Add way to earn.
Next to Leave a JudgeMe review, click Add.
In the Stamps awarded field, enter the number of stamps for each review, for example 1.
Click Save.
