Viewing bounced and delayed recipients on a campaign

See exactly which email addresses bounced or were delayed on a campaign, and why, instead of just a count.

Available on the Free plan.

Your campaign report shows how many emails bounced or were delayed. You can also see the actual list of addresses behind either count, with a reason for each one.

How it works

Every sent campaign shows a Hard bounce rate tile and a Delivery delays tile in its Analytics. Click the bounced or delayed count inside either tile to open the list of addresses behind it.

A hard bounce is permanent. Judge.me stops sending to that address for good, and it appears in the Bounced list.

A delivery delay is temporary. It can still be delivered later, or, after enough failed attempts, it's stopped for good too — you'll see its status change from Will retry to Sending stopped.

Considerations

  • This is available on campaign reports only. Flow email reports don't have it.

  • The reason shown for each bounce comes from your email provider. When the provider doesn't give a specific reason, you'll see a generic message instead of a precise diagnosis.

  • If a bounce or spam complaint causes a customer's Shopify marketing consent to change, that's shown in the list too.

  • The list shows 50 addresses at a time, with Previous and Next to page through more. There's no CSV export.

  • The count above the list can occasionally lag behind what's actually in the list, because the count updates on a short delay while the list itself is always live. This evens out within a few days.
