Integrating with Leat to award points for reviews

The Leat: Loyalty & Rewards app integrates with Judge.me to automatically award customers loyalty points when they submit a review on a product or your store.


How it works

When a customer submits a review through Judge.me, Leat receives a notification via webhook and awards the customer the loyalty points you've defined in your Leat dashboard. The integration is set up entirely within the Leat app.

How to set it up

Before you start

Step 1: Connect Leat and Judge.me

In your Shopify admin, go to the Leat: Loyalty & Rewards app. Navigate to Settings, then click the Judge.me card. Click Install and authorize the connection.

Step 2: Set up the review reward rule in Leat

In your Leat dashboard, go to the Loyalty program section and click Create earn rule. Select the Add a review (Judge.me) event type. Specify the number of points to award per review, and optionally set conditions such as a maximum number of completions or a waiting period between reviews. Save the rule when done.

Step 3: Test the integration

Log in to your store as a test customer, submit a review on a product, then check the Leat dashboard to verify that the correct number of points has been added to the customer's loyalty balance.
