How it works
After setup, customers are rewarded automatically whenever they leave a Judge.me review.
Rewards apply whether or not the customer has a profile in your store.
Points are delivered in real time.
You can limit how often points are awarded to prevent abuse (e.g., 1 review reward every 30 days).
Considerations
This integration only works for new reviews created after setup.
Points are managed by Amplify Loyalty, Judge.me only passes the review event.
Amplify Loyalty is only available to stores that:
Have a business address in the United States
Sell in USD
How to enable the Amplify Loyalty integration
To connect Judge.me with Amplify Loyalty:
In your Amplify Loyalty admin, go to Integrations > Judge.me.
Click Integrate.
Enter your Shopify domain and click Sign In.
In the Program tab, click Add more and select Leave a Review.
Enter how many points you want to award.
Set Judge.me as the integration.
(Optional) Use the Restrict reviews option to limit how often points are awarded (e.g., once every 30 days).
Click Save.
