Boost customer engagement and repeat purchases by rewarding shoppers with loyalty points after they leave a product review. The Love Loyalty x Judge.me integration lets you:
Automatically award points for every review
Offer bonus points for photo or video reviews
Customize how many points are given per action
This helps you build social proof while growing your loyalty program.
Considerations
This integration only works for new reviews submitted after the connection is active.
Love Loyalty handles the points system, while Judge.me manages the review logic. Make sure both apps are installed and active.
How to enable the Love Loyalty integration
To connect Judge.me with Love Loyalty and start awarding points by following the steps below:
In your Love Loyalty admin, go to the Loyalty program tab.
Click Add way to earn and select Leave a review.
Set a title for this earning rule (e.g. "Write a review"), this is visible to customers.
Enter how many points you want to award per review.
In the "Only award points if the review includes", you can choose one or more of the following:
Rating
Text
Photo
Video
At the bottom right, select Judge.me and click Connect.
In the Judge.me authorization window, click Authorize.
Click Save to apply the changes.
You should see a green Connected banner when it's successfully linked.
How the feature works
Once connected:
Every time a verified review is created in Judge.me, Love Loyalty automatically awards the configured points to that customer.
You can create additional earning rules to reward photo and/or video reviews:
Create a new “Leave a review” rule.
Set a different point value.
Check the Only award points if the review includes options for photo and/or video.
This allows you to incentivize higher-quality, media-rich reviews.
