Available on the Awesome plan

Unlock Line loyalty integration and many more features to increase review submissions with a 15-day free trial.

Encourage more customer reviews by offering loyalty points through the Judge.me x Line Loyalty integration. Once connected, Line Loyalty will automatically reward customers when they leave a review, helping you boost engagement and build trust with authentic content.

How it works

Here's what happens after the integration is enabled:

  • A customer submits a review on your store.

  • Judge.me checks if the customer and their review meet your rule criteria.

  • If eligible, Judge.me sends a notification to Line Loyalty.

  • Line Loyalty automatically awards points to the customer based on your settings.

Considerations

  • Judge.me x Line Loyalty is available on Line Loyalty’s Grow plan or higher.

  • Reviews don't need to be published to qualify for loyalty points.

How to enable the Line Loyalty integration

Step 1: Create a "Write a review" rule in Line Loyalty

  1. In your Line Loyalty admin, go to Loyalty Program.

  2. Click Add way to earn.

  3. From the dropdown, select Review.

  4. Enter the following:

    • Earning Rule Title: e.g. "Write a review"

    • Points Earned: Number of points to reward

    • Limit Unit: Choose how often points can be awarded (e.g., once per day)

  5. Optionally, upload a custom icon for this rule.

  6. Click Save at the top.

Step 2: Get your Judge.me Private API key

  1. In your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Click View API token.

  3. Copy the Private API token.

Step 3: Connect the API token in Line Loyalty

  1. In Line Loyalty, go to View more > Integrations.

  2. Find and click the Judge.me integration card.

  3. Paste your Private API key into the field.
