Redeemly lets you automatically reward customers with store credit when they leave a review through Judge.me.
This helps you collect more reviews while encouraging customers to come back and buy again. You can also offer bonus rewards for photo or video reviews to increase high-quality feedback.

This integration requires the Judge.me's Awesome plan.
This integration is developed and maintained by the Redeemly team. While we're happy to guide you where we can, the Redeemly support team will be best equipped to assist you with any questions or issues.
Shopify new customer accounts must be enabled for customers to see and use their store credit at checkout.
It's recommended to promote your reward program in your Judge.me review request email template.
How it works
Once enabled, the integration runs automatically:
Judge.me sends a review request email after order fulfillment.
The customer submits a review.
Redeemly issues store credit to the customer’s Shopify account.
The customer receives a notification email from Redeemly.
The customer uses the credit at checkout.
This creates a seamless loop of review → reward → repeat purchase.

Setup Judge.me x Redeemly integration
To set up Judge.me with Redeemly:
Step 1: Connect Judge.me in Redeemly
From your Redeemly admin, go to View more > Integrations.
Click Connect Judge.me + Redeemly.
Authorize the connection.
Step 2: Configure your reward program
Set your reward amount (e.g. $5 per review)
(Optional) Set credit expiration
(Optional) Add bonus rewards for:
Photo reviews
Video reviews
Click Enable and save.
Step 3: Test the flow
Submit a test review via Judge.me
In Shopify, open the customer account and confirm store credit is issued
Log in as the customer on your storefront
Go to checkout and confirm the store credit is available

No credit issued

Confirm Judge.me is on the Awesome plan.
Make sure the integration is Connected and Enabled in Redeemly.
