Retner is a WhatsApp marketing and automation platform that helps merchants engage customers through messaging workflows.
With the Retner × Judge.me integration, you can automatically send review requests via WhatsApp after an order is delivered. Customers can submit their star rating and review directly inside WhatsApp, and the review will automatically sync to Judge.me and appear on your store.

Considerations
Review requests are sent through WhatsApp using Retner's automation flows.
Reviews submitted through WhatsApp are synced automatically to Judge.me.
The delay time determines when the review request is sent after an order is delivered.
How it works
Once the integration is enabled, the review collection process runs automatically:
A customer's order is marked as Delivered in Shopify.
Retner waits for the configured delay time (for example, 3–5 days).
The customer receives a WhatsApp message requesting a review.
The customer submits their rating and review text directly in WhatsApp.
Retner automatically syncs the review to Judge.me, where it is published on your store.
This allows merchants to collect reviews through WhatsApp while keeping all reviews managed in the Judge.me dashboard.
Enable the Judge.me x Retner integration
1. Connect Judge.me with Retner
In your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Integrations.
Click View API token and copy your Private API Token.
Open the Retner app from your Shopify admin.
In the left sidebar, go to Integration.
Find the Judge.me card and click Store Setup.
Enter the following details:
Judge.me Private Token: paste the Private API Token copied earlier.
Judge.me Store URL: your Shopify store URL.
Click Connect.
2. Enable the review flow
Once connected, you need to configure the automated message flow:
In the Retner dashboard, go to Integrations
Find Judge.me and click Go to setting.
Click the first Create Flow Messages in the side menu.
Set up your message template according to your preferences and click Submit template.
Once you've set up your template, go to the second Create Flow Messages menu.
Click the pen icon to edit the flow.
Enable the toggle to activate the flow.
Configure the settings:
Delay Time: Set the number of days to wait after the order is marked Delivered (for example, 3–5 days).
Message Template: Select the WhatsApp review request template.
Click Submit to save your changes.
Once enabled, Retner will automatically send WhatsApp messages requesting reviews from your customers.
