StockIQ - Out-of-Stock Manager is an app for Shopify that helps you manage out-of-stock products and tells shoppers when they're back in stock. By connecting Judge.me with StockIQ, you can add your shop rating, product ratings and recent reviews to StockIQ's back-in-stock emails.
How it works
StockIQ uses the reviews you already collect in Judge.me:
You collect and manage reviews in Judge.me as usual.
You connect StockIQ to Judge.me with your Private API token.
When StockIQ sends a back-in-stock email, it adds the review content you chose.
If a product has no published reviews, StockIQ leaves the review section out and still sends the email.
You can turn each of these on or off on its own:
Shop rating: your overall rating in the email header.
Product rating: the product's star rating near its title, with the review count.
Product reviews block: recent published reviews below the product.
Considerations
This integration is developed and maintained by the StockIQ team. For help with setup or delivery of notifications, contact StockIQ support from inside the app.
It works with StockIQ's Standard email delivery. If you send through Klaviyo, Omnisend or Mailchimp, those tools manage their own templates, so the reviews may not show.
You may send two restock emails. If you also use the Judge.me Email Back in Stock flow, shoppers could get one from each app. Use one of them.
Keep your Private API token secret. Treat it like a password. Only paste it into StockIQ. You can't regenerate it yourself. If it's exposed, contact Judge.me support.
Set up the StockIQ integration
Before you begin
Install the Judge.me Product Reviews app.
Install the StockIQ app on the same store.

Click Save.
Step 3: Choose what to show in your emails
Under Show in email, turn on any of these:

Step 4: Test a back-in-stock email
Pick an out-of-stock product that has published Judge.me reviews.
On your storefront, sign up for its back-in-stock alert with a test email address.
Restock the product in Shopify.
Wait for StockIQ to send the alert, then open the email.
Check that each review option you turned on shows.
To test one option, turn it off, save, and repeat.

Issue:
The back-in-stock email arrives without the review content.
Why it happens:

How to fix:

Check that the option is on under Show in email in StockIQ.

The email arrives, but the reviews section is empty
Issue:
The email is sent, but there's no reviews section.
Why it happens:
This is expected when a product has no published reviews, or Judge.me data isn't available at that moment. StockIQ still sends the email.
How to fix:
Nothing to fix. Publish reviews for the product in Judge.me if you want it to show next time.
I don't get the back-in-stock email
I don't get the back-in-stock email
Issue:
No email arrives after you restock.
Why it happens:
This is usually a StockIQ notification issue, not a Judge.me issue.
How to fix:
In StockIQ, check that the shopper signed up, the product was out of stock and is restocked, and Standard delivery is set up. Contact StockIQ support if it still doesn't send.
