The Spur integration adds the reviews Spur collects on WhatsApp to Judge.me Reviews, so you can publish and manage them with your other reviews. It helps you get reviews from customers who rarely open email.
How the Spur integration works
Here's how a review gets from Spur to Judge.me Reviews:
An order is marked Delivered in your store.
Spur waits for the number of days you set in Spur, then sends the customer a review request on WhatsApp.
The customer leaves their review from the Spur review request.
Spur sends the review to Judge.me through the Judge.me API.
The review comes into Judge.me Reviews as a web review, and your publishing and verification settings apply to it like any other web review.
Spur sends the request and keeps the review until it sends it to Judge.me, so the message, its timing and its wording are all set up in Spur, not in Judge.me.
Considerations
Before you set up the Spur integration, review the following considerations:
This integration is available on the Spur AI Start plan or higher.
This integration is developed and maintained by the Spur team. For help with setup or any issues, contact Spur support.
These reviews come in as web reviews, and they're only verified after the customer confirms them.
If Judge.me review requests are enabled, customers can get 2 review requests for the same order: one from Judge.me and one from Spur on WhatsApp.
Set up the Spur integration
Step 1: Connect Judge.me to Spur
To connect Judge.me to Spur:
From your Spur dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations.
On the Judge.me card, click Connect/Manage.
Click Connect with Judge.me.
If asked, sign in to Judge.me.
On the Judge.me Authorization required page, click Authorize.
You're sent back to Spur, and the Judge.me integration shows Connected to Judge.me.
Step 2: Enable WhatsApp review requests in Spur
To enable WhatsApp review requests in Spur:
From your Spur dashboard, go to Automation.
Click New flow.
Select the WhatsApp channel you want to send review requests from.
In the search bar, enter "Review collections via WhatsApp (Judge.me)".
Click Use Template.
Check that the trigger is Order Delivered.
In the delay block, enter how long Spur waits after an order is marked Delivered. The default is one day.
Review the WhatsApp messages and star-rating buttons, and edit the wording if you want.
Open the Create Judge.me Review step.
Check that Rating and Review Body are mapped.
Map Product ID to the Shopify product ID.
(Optional) Map Review Title and User Uploaded Image.
Click Save.
Turn on the workflow toggle.
Check that the workflow shows Workflow Enabled.
Once the workflow is on, Spur sends a WhatsApp review request for each delivered order.
