ReviewHub integration allows you to share authentic, verified product reviews from your Shopify store to major retail partners such as Walmart, Wayfair, Lowe’s, Target, and TikTok Shop.
Judge.me continues collecting verified buyer reviews on your store, while ReviewHub handles authentication, moderation, and retail syndication. This helps you:
Increase review coverage across retail product pages
Strengthen brand trust beyond your Shopify storefront
Meet FTC and retailer compliance standards
Improve visibility and conversions on retail marketplaces
Considerations
Only verified Judge.me reviews are eligible for syndication.
Product matching requires valid GTINs/UPCs. Ensure your products includes these identifiers.
Retailer approval is still required for syndication. You can manage this process directly within ReviewHub. Connection requirements may differ from retailer to retailer.
ReviewHub reserves the right to reject reviews from syndication according to RAMS (Review Authentication & Moderation System).
The deletion of authentic reviews varies from retailer to retailer. In most cases, once a review is syndicated, it cannot not be deleted or edited.
Only new reviews will be ingested by ReviewHub. To syndicate historical reviews, you must Import them directly into ReviewHub.
There is an additional one-time fee to syndicate historical reviews to cover the cost of processing these reviews.
How it works
Judge.me collects verified buyer reviews on your Shopify store.
ReviewHub syncs the verified reviews via API on a regular basis.
Each review is processed through ReviewHub’s RAMS (Review Authentication & Moderation System) for approval.
Once approved, reviews are syndicated to connected retail partners.
Enable ReviewHub integration
Step 1: Sync your product catalog from Shopify
Before ReviewHub can syndicate reviews, your product catalog must be synced from Shopify.
Sign up for ReviewHub (if you haven't already).
After registering, you’ll be prompted to connect your Shopify store.
Enter your myshopify URL, which you can find this in your Shopify Account Settings.
Click Install to authorize the ReviewHub app and it will display a success message.
In ReviewHub, go to the Products section to confirm your product catalog has synced successfully and make sure that your products include complete identifiers (such as UPCs or SKUs) for each item you want syndicated.
Step 2: Configure retailer syndication (example: Walmart)
To syndicate reviews to Walmart, your account must include at least one valid identifier:
Partner ID
Seller ID
Supplier ID
Any one of these is sufficient. If you are unsure where to find these identifiers, consult Walmart Seller Center documentation or contact your Walmart account representative.
Important: Walmart syndication is driven by UPC matching.
Make sure your Shopify catalog contains the correct Walmart UPCs.
If you sell bundled products on Walmart, assign the Walmart bundle UPC to the individual Shopify products that should share those reviews.
Retailer approval is managed directly within ReviewHub and may vary by partner.
Step 3: Retrieve your Judge.me API keys
ReviewHub connects to Judge.me via API. To retrieve your API keys:
In Shopify, go to Apps > Judge.me > Settings > Integrations.
Click View API token in the top right corner.
You will need:
PUBLIC_API_KEY
PRIVATE_API_SECRET
Step 4: Connect Judge.me to ReviewHub
In ReviewHub, go to Reviews.
Click Connect via API.
Enter your PUBLIC_API_KEY and PRIVATE_API_SECRET.
Once connected:
ReviewHub authenticates and moderates your reviews.
Approved reviews are syndicated to connected retailers via UPC matching.
Updates to your Shopify product catalog automatically sync to ReviewHub.
