Securify is an email verification and fraud-prevention service for e-commerce stores. With the Judge.me integration, Securify checks the email address behind each new review and helps you understand whether the review came from a real, reachable person.
This helps you build product ratings on genuine customer feedback, spot suspicious reviews earlier, and protect shoppers from misleading review content.
Considerations
Access is read-only (reviews, reviewers, shop information). Securify never edits review text, never emails your customers, and never hides or publishes reviews — moderation always stays in your Judge.me admin.
Reviews are checked from the moment you connect; reviews submitted before the connection are not checked retroactively in the current version.
There is a short processing delay (typically a few minutes) between a review being submitted and its verdict appearing, because Judge.me processes new reviews in the background before notifying integrations.
A flagged review is a strong signal, not proof: occasionally a genuine customer uses an email alias or relay. Review flagged items before acting on them.

This integration is developed and maintained by the Securify team. While we're happy to guide you where we can, the Securify support team will be best equipped to assist you with any questions or issues.
How it works
When a customer (or a bot) submits a review, Judge.me notifies Securify automatically. Securify then verifies the email address the review was submitted with: whether the mailbox actually exists and accepts mail, whether the address is disposable, and whether it shows patterns typical of automated signups.
Within a few minutes the review appears on your Securify dashboard with:
the review itself — star rating, title, text, and reviewer name;
when the review was added and when it was checked;
a verdict with a plain-language reason:
Real — the email belongs to a real, reachable inbox;
Suspicious — the email can't be fully verified (for example, a role address such as info@);
Likely fake — a throwaway address, or one that does not exist;
a 0–100 mailbox-quality score where available.
Three counters at the top — reviews checked, fake or suspicious, and real — summarise your store at a glance. No data is changed inside Judge.me: Securify reads reviews, it does not modify them.
Set up the Securify integration
To set up the Security x Judge.me integration:
Open the Securify for Judge.me dashboard at judgeme.securification.ai/dashboard.
Click Connect Judge.me.
On the Judge.me authorization screen, review the requested read-only permissions and click Authorize.
You are returned to the Securify dashboard, now showing your store domain and the status Connected — new reviews are validated automatically. Setup is complete; there is nothing to configure and no changes to your theme.
From now on, each new review appears under Latest checked reviews with its verdict a few minutes after it is submitted.
To disconnect, remove Securify from your authorized apps in Judge.me — validation stops immediately.
Troubleshooting

Solution: Your browser session expired. Click Connect Judge.me and authorize again — your store's history is preserved.

Solution: Allow a few minutes — Judge.me processes new reviews in the background before integrations are notified. If it still doesn't appear after 15 minutes, contact vladislav@otp.plus.

Solution: This usually means the address can't be fully verified — for example a role mailbox (info@, sales@) or a corporate server that doesn't confirm mailboxes. Treat Suspicious as "needs a human look", not as fake.
