As soon as you go into the app, you’ll be able to get a thorough idea of how your reviews collection processes are working.

You’ll be able to see exact data on:

• Review requests sent

• Reviews collected

• Average ratings

• Revenue and orders generated from Judge.me reviews. (Find out how we calculate that here.)

• Questions received

• Trust scores. (Find out how we calculate that here.)

• Top products (those with the most reviews and ratings)

• Recent reviews and questions

A beautiful new Reviews Dashboard

We’ve redesigned the layout and components of the Reviews Dashboard so they look cleaner, leaner and more modern, meaning you can find the information you need intuitively.

Now, stars and reviews are displayed more prominently, so you know what your buyers think at a glance. The search and filter functions are now expandable if you need them, leaving you with a clutter-free environment and more space to browse and think.

Simpler, smoother, more enjoyable navigation

You can now access the main menu from the side panel to the left of your screen.

We’ve also made changes to the navigation so it’s more intuitive. All the descriptions and pictures are right where you need them, telling you what you want to know without fuss or effort.
