Integrating with Kangaroo Rewards to reward reviews with loyalty points or coupons

Give customers loyalty points or coupons in Kangaroo Rewards for the reviews they leave.

Available on the Free plan

The Kangaroo Rewards integration lets Kangaroo Rewards give customers points or coupons for their reviews. It gives customers a reason to write a review.

How the Kangaroo Rewards integration works

Here's how a review earns points or coupons in Kangaroo Rewards:

  1. A customer leaves a review.

  2. Judge.me sends Kangaroo Rewards a webhook when a customer leaves a review.

  3. Kangaroo Rewards adds points or coupons if the review matches the earning rule you set up in Kangaroo Rewards, which covers the reward (points, a free shipping coupon, or a percentage or fixed-amount discount), whether the review needs photos or videos, and different conditions for different types of customers.

Considerations

Before you set up the Kangaroo Rewards integration, review the following considerations:

  • This integration is available on the Kangaroo Rewards Ultimate plan.

  • This integration is developed and maintained by the Kangaroo Rewards team. For help with setup or any issues, contact Kangaroo Rewards support.

  • Judge.me doesn't send a webhook for imported and synced reviews.

  • If you enable Judge.me coupons, a customer can get both the Judge.me coupon and points for the same review.
