Web reviews restriction

Updated over 2 weeks ago

By default, anyone can post a review on your product page. While this can boost the number of reviews you get, it also opens the door to potential spammers or competitor-driven attacks.

To prevent this, you can limit who can leave a review and allow only actual buyers to review your products.

Enable restriction for web reviews

To enable restriction for web visitors:

  • From your Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews > Moderation.

  • Scroll down to Review restriction.

  • Under Web reviews, choose from these 2 options and click Save.
