Our verification policy
We uphold strict verification standards so that the Verified badge and Judge.me medals remain trustworthy signals.
This process ensures that:
Reviews marked as Verified are based on real shopping experiences
You can better assess the quality and reliability of products and stores
We don’t manually mark reviews as Verified. Verification is applied automatically; if the criteria aren’t met, the review remains unverified.
Some stores also display transparency badges, which show how each review was collected. This helps you understand the source of the review and make informed decisions.
If you need help with verifying reviews, contact our team at support@judge.me. We're available to help 24/7!
