How to edit my review?

To edit your review:

  • From the Judge.me Reviews site, click the Sign in button on the top right.

  • After signing in with your email, in the Reviews tab, find the review you want to edit and click the Edit icon.

  • Here you can edit the following fields to your likings and click Save:

Field

What it means

Name

Your display name in all reviews in the specific store

Display as

How your name will display, in these formats:

  • John Smith

  • John S.

  • John

  • J.S.

  • Anonymous

Rating

Your rating for the store or product

Review Title

The short summary of your review

Review Body

Your review content

Pictures

Your images and/or videos in the review

YouTube URL

Any YouTube URL you added to the review


How to delete a review?

To delete your review:

  • From the Judge.me Reviews site, click the Sign in button on the top right.

  • After signing in with your email, in the Reviews tab, find the review you want to delete and click the Trash icon.

  • Click Yes to confirm. The review will be kept in your profile for 14 days in case you don't want to delete the review anymore.

To restore your review within 14 days:

  • From the Judge.me Reviews site, click the Sign in button on the top right.

  • After signing in with your email, in the Reviews tab, find the deleted review and click Restore review.


The product didn't work for me. I want a refund / return / exchange

We're sorry to hear the product didn’t meet your expectations.

Judge.me is a third-party app that helps stores collect product reviews from their customers. We’re not the seller and don’t have access to your order, so we can’t initiate exchanges, process refunds, or check your order status.

If you’re trying to contact the store where you made your purchase, we recommend replying directly to their order confirmation email or visiting their website to reach their customer service.
