The Retner integration adds the reviews Retner collects on WhatsApp to Judge.me Reviews, so you can publish and manage them with your other reviews. It helps you get reviews from customers who rarely open email.
How the Retner integration works
Here's how a review gets from Retner to Judge.me Reviews:
An order is marked Delivered in your store.
Retner waits for the number of days you set in Retner, then sends the customer a review request on WhatsApp.
The customer leaves their review from the Retner review request.
Retner sends the review to Judge.me through the Judge.me API.
The review comes into Judge.me Reviews as a web review, and your publishing and verification settings apply to it like any other web review.
Retner sends the request and keeps the review until it sends it to Judge.me, so the message, its timing and its wording are all set up in Retner, not in Judge.me.

Before you set up the Retner integration, review the following considerations:
This integration is available on any Retner plan.
This integration is developed and maintained by the Retner team. For help with setup or any issues, contact Retner support.
These reviews come in as web reviews, and they're only verified after the customer confirms them.
If Judge.me review requests are enabled, customers can get 2 review requests for the same order: one from Judge.me and one from Retner on WhatsApp.
Set up the Retner integration
Step 1: Get your Judge.me private API token
Available on the Free plan
To get your Judge.me private API token:
From your Judge.me Reviews app, go to Settings > Integrations.
Click View API token on the top right.
Copy the Private API token.
Step 2: Connect Judge.me to Retner
To connect Judge.me to Retner:
From your Retner app, go to Integration.
On the Judge.me card, click Store Setup.
In the Judge.me Private Token field, paste the private API token you copied in step 1.
In the Judge.me Store URL field, enter your Shopify store URL.
Click Connect.
Step 3: Create the WhatsApp review request template in Retner
To create the WhatsApp review request template in Retner:
From your Retner app, go to Integrations.
On the Judge.me card, click Go to setting.
In the side menu, click the first Create Flow Messages.
Write your message template, then click Submit template.
Step 4: Enable WhatsApp review requests in Retner
To enable WhatsApp review requests in Retner:
From your Retner app, go to the second Create Flow Messages in the side menu.
Click the pen icon next to the flow.
Turn on the flow toggle.
In Delay Time, enter how many days to wait after the order is marked Delivered, for example 3.
From the Message Template dropdown, select your WhatsApp review request template.
Click Submit.
Once the flow is on, Retner sends a WhatsApp review request for each delivered order.
