Descripio turns your existing Judge.me reviews into a gap analysis that shows what customers love or wish were different, then rewrites your product description using that real customer language — no manual review reading required.
How it works
Once connected, Descripio uses your published Judge.me reviews to improve your product descriptions:
Judge.me collects and publishes reviews for your products.
Descripio pulls a product's published Judge.me reviews.
Descripio's AI analyzes the reviews to find recurring themes, like durability, sizing, or ease of use.
Descripio compares those themes against your current product description to identify what's already covered and what's missing.
You choose which gaps to close, and Descripio generates an updated product description grounded in that real customer language.
Analysis only runs on published reviews — pending or rejected reviews aren't included.
Considerations
This integration is developed and maintained by the Descripio team. While we're happy to guide you where we can, the Descripio support team will be best equipped to assist you with any questions or issues.
How to set it up
Before you begin
Install the Judge.me Product Reviews app.
Install the Descripio app.
Make sure the product you want to improve has at least a few published reviews in Judge.me (3–5 is a good starting point).
Step 1: Connect Judge.me to Descripio
From your Shopify admin, open the Descripio app.
Go to Settings > Integrations and locate the Judge.me section.
Choose a connection method:
Connect via OAuth (recommended) — click Connect via OAuth, enter your store's URL, and approve access on Judge.me's authorization screen. Make sure pop-ups are allowed in your browser for this step.
Private Token — from your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Integrations > View API token, copy your Private API Token, paste it into Descripio, and click Connect.
Step 2: Analyze a product's reviews
On the Descripio dashboard, select a product that has Judge.me reviews and click Analyze.
Select Use Judge.me reviews as the analysis source.
Wait for the analysis to finish, which typically takes 1–2 minutes.
Review the theme breakdown showing what your description already covers and what's missing.
Step 3: Generate an updated product description
Select the gaps you'd like to close.
Click Generate Content to produce an updated product description written in your customers' own words.
Troubleshoot

Issue:
You can't select Judge.me as an analysis source in Descripio.
Why it happens:
Descripio doesn't have an active connection to Judge.me.
How to fix:
Go to Settings > Integrations in Descripio and connect via OAuth or Private Token.
"No published reviews found" error

Issue:
Descripio shows a "No published reviews found" message when analyzing a product.
Why it happens:
The selected product has no published reviews in Judge.me yet.
How to fix:
Publish reviews for that product in Judge.me, or choose a different product that already has published reviews.
"Reconnect needed" message

Issue:
Descripio shows a "Reconnect needed" message next to the Judge.me connection.
Why it happens:
Your Private Token or OAuth connection has expired.
How to fix:
Reconnect Judge.me under Settings > Integrations in Descripio.
