A token's value is shown only once, right after you create it. Store it somewhere safe. If you lose it, revoke that token and create a new one.

Tokens can't be renamed after creation. To rename one, delete it and create a new one with the name you want.

Tokens don't expire on their own. Revoke or delete one yourself when you're done using it.

Requests are limited to 120 per minute per token. There's also a limit of about 1200 per minute from any single source, shared across whatever tokens are calling from it, so a runaway script can't overload your store.

Once connected, your assistant shows up in the same list as your tokens, by name, with when it was last used. You can revoke it from there the same way you'd revoke a token.

An AI assistant can edit the emails inside your campaigns and flows, but it can't change how a flow is built. It can't add a new step to a flow, or build a new flow from scratch.

It also can't permanently delete a campaign, send one immediately with no chance to cancel, or change your sending domain, branding, or popup settings. And it can't create or manage tokens or connections, including its own.

Editing an email, scheduling a send, cancelling one, and turning a flow on or off all require the assistant to explicitly confirm first. So nothing happens by accident, and nothing happens just because the assistant read a hidden instruction somewhere, like inside a customer's message or an email it's reviewing.

Not every email block setting has a fixed list of valid options. It's worth previewing a change before it goes live, the same as if you'd made it yourself.
