Available on the Free plan
These settings control who your emails appear to come from and how you track the traffic they drive. You'll find them in Settings > Sender & tracking.
Sender
In the Sender card, set:
From name — the name shown as the sender.
Reply-to email — where customer replies go.
Your From email uses the shared Judge.me sending domain and can't be changed on the free plan. Sending from your own domain is a paid add-on — see the custom sending domain guide.
UTM defaults
UTM parameters tag the links in your emails so you can see email-driven traffic in your analytics tools (like Google Analytics). In the UTM defaults card, set your default UTM Source, UTM Medium, and UTM Campaign template.
