By default, Judge.me Email sends from a shared Judge.me domain (emails.judge.me), which works with no setup. Sending from your own domain can improve deliverability and make your emails look more clearly yours. You'll find this in Settings > Sending domain.
How it works
Setting up a custom domain takes three steps:
Add your domain — enter the root domain you want to send from.
Add DNS records — add the records Judge.me gives you to your domain's DNS.
Verify — Judge.me checks the records and activates your domain.
The DNS records cover DKIM, Return-Path, and DMARC, which prove you're allowed to send from the domain and help your emails reach the inbox.
Set up your domain
From your Judge.me Email admin, go to Settings > Sending domain.
Enter your domain and click Add domain.
Add the listed DNS records at your domain provider. DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to take effect.
Once the records are in place, Judge.me verifies them and your domain shows as Active.
Note: If a DNS record later stops verifying, your domain shows as broken and emails fall back to the shared Judge.me domain until it's fixed.
