The integration between Judge.me and Appify Your Store helps you turn customer reviews into real-time marketing and support actions. By using Shopify Flow, you can automatically send personalized push notifications based on review ratings, without any coding.
This means you can reward happy customers, respond faster to negative feedback, and drive repeat purchases with timely, targeted messages.

This integration uses Shopify Flow as an intermediary between Judge.me and Appify Your Store
Workflows depend on correct condition setup, small mistakes (e.g., rating thresholds) can break automation.
Notifications are only effective if customers have opted in.

How it works
Once set up, Shopify Flow listens for new reviews created in Judge.me and triggers actions automatically.
Example automation flows
Positive review (≥ 3 stars):
Sends a thank-you notification
Optionally includes a discount code
Encourages repeat purchases
Negative review (< 3 stars):
Sends a support message
Alerts your team to respond quickly

Enable the Judge.me x Appify Your Store integration
Once Judge.me and Appify Your Store are installed, you can connect them using Shopify Flow:
From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Shopify Flow.
Click Create workflow.
Choose the trigger New review received from Judge.me.
Add a condition to split your workflow:
If review rating < 3 → Negative feedback branch
If review rating ≥ 3 → Positive feedback branch
For each branch, add the action:
Appify Your Store – Send push notification to Customer
Customize your push notification messages:
Positive review: “Thanks for your review! Enjoy 10% off your next order.”
Negative review: “We’re sorry to hear that. Tap here to contact our support team.”
Click Save.
Test your workflow by submitting a new review in Judge.me
