Before starting, please make sure:
You're on Rise's Premium plan or above.
The Shopify Flow app is installed and enabled in your store.
Step 1. Activate the integration
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Integrations.
Search for Shopify Flow and click the integration card.
Enable "Use Shopify Flow to create workflows based on Judge.me events".
Click Save.
In your Rise dashboard, go to Integrations > Developer Tools > API Keys.
Click Generate API key.
Name it: judgeme-flow
Copy and save the key since you won’t be able to view it again.
Note: If you're on Rise's Premium plan and don’t have access to Developer Tools, please reach out to Rise's support team for assistance.
Step 2. Set up Shopify Flow automation
Open Shopify Flow.
Click Create workflow.
Configure your workflow with the following
Trigger: Choose Judge.me Reviews and select the New review received trigger.
Action: Choose Send HTTP request. Choose POST in HTTP method dropdown and insert this URL:

When you are ready, click Turn on workflow.
Note: Only reviews submitted via Judge.me's review request emails will trigger the automation.
Step 3. Set up Rise workflow
In the Rise dashboard, go to Workflows.
Click on Create Workflow > Create New.
Choose the trigger and action:

Issue Store Credit
Delivers a fixed amount of store credit to the reviewer.
Set the Credit type to Fixed amount.
Define the amount that you want to reward per review.
At the bottom of the store credit action screen, you can choose how the credit is applied and how the customer is informed. Here's what each option does:
Add expiration date: Set a time limit for credit usage. If left unchecked, credit won't expire.
Add delay: Delay credit issuance by a set number of days.
Add internal note: Add context for internal reporting.
Send email notification: Automatically inform customers when credit is issued.
Email template: Use the default “Store credit received” template or select a custom one you've created.
Name your workflow, click Apply Changes, and then Activate.

This automation triggers only for verified reviews submitted through Judge.me's review request emails. It does not apply to:
Imported reviews
Manually submitted reviews on your store
Reviews from manual review request emails
How customers will be notified about their store credit
Customers receive a Store Credit Received email from Rise whenever credit is issued, including rewards triggered by workflows. You can customize this email in your Rise dashboard by going to: Notifications > Store Credit > Store Credit Received > Edit.
