Grapevine Surveys is a post-purchase survey app for Shopify. When combined with Judge.me and Shopify Flow, you can automatically follow up a product review with a targeted survey — helping you understand the reason behind a customer's rating and gather deeper insights to improve your products, marketing, and customer experience.
How it works
When a customer submits a product review through Judge.me, a Shopify Flow workflow is triggered. Based on the review rating, the merchant sends a follow-up email containing a link to a Grapevine survey. The customer completes the survey, and the responses are captured in Grapevine Surveys — optionally pushed into Google Sheets for further analysis.

Step 1: Create your survey in Grapevine Surveys
In the Grapevine Surveys app, create the survey(s) you want to send to customers after they leave a review. You can create different surveys for different rating ranges — for example, one for low scores (1–2 stars) and one for high scores (4–5 stars). Copy the unique survey code for each survey from the survey report view — you'll need this in Shopify Flow.
Step 2: Set up a Shopify Flow workflow
In Shopify Flow, create a new workflow using the Judge.me trigger for when a new review is received. Add a condition based on the review rating to segment customers by their score. For each condition branch, add an action to send a follow-up email (via Shopify Email or another email app) containing a link to the relevant Grapevine survey.
Step 3: Activate your workflow
Give your workflow a name and turn it on. From now on, whenever a customer submits a review through Judge.me, they will automatically receive a follow-up survey email based on their rating.
Step 4: Review survey responses
Survey responses are captured in the Grapevine Surveys app. You can view and filter responses directly in the app, download the data, or push responses into Google Sheets via Shopify Flow for further analysis.
