Recurpay is a subscription and recurring billing platform that helps merchants manage subscription products, automate billing, and increase customer lifetime value.
With the Judge.me × Recurpay integration, you can display Judge.me product ratings directly inside the Recurpay customer portal. This allows customers to see authentic product ratings when managing or subscribing to products.
Displaying ratings within the subscription portal helps:
Build trust with subscription customers
Provide social proof during subscription decisions
Improve confidence when customers manage recurring purchases
Considerations
The integration displays product ratings only, not full review content.
Ratings are pulled from your existing Judge.me reviews.
Products must already have reviews in Judge.me for ratings to appear.
Displayed ratings reflect the latest average rating available in Judge.me.
How it works
After the Judge.me integration is enabled in Recurpay:
Recurpay connects to your Judge.me store.
Recurpay retrieves product ratings from Judge.me.
Ratings are displayed inside the Recurpay customer portal.
Customers see authentic product ratings when viewing or managing subscription products.
This allows subscription customers to evaluate products using real customer feedback.
Enable the Judge.me x Recurpay integration
To connect Judge.me with Recurpay:
In your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Integrations.
Click View API token and copy your Public API token and Private API token.
Open your Recurpay dashboard.
Go to Settings > Integrations > Apps.
Locate Judge.me in the list of available integrations and click Activate.
Paste the Public API token and Private API token you copied from Judge.me.
Click Save.
Once connected, Judge.me ratings will automatically appear for supported products in the Recurpay customer portal.
