The Buy Again integration helps you boost customer trust and repeat sales by combining social proof with 1-click reordering. With this setup, Judge.me product ratings appear directly in the Buy Again products section, so returning customers can confidently repurchase top-rated items.
How it works
The integration is set up using your Judge.me Private API token to securely fetch product ratings.
When a returning customer views their Buy Again section, Judge.me pulls in live product ratings from your store.
Each product displays the average star rating and total number of reviews.
Ratings auto-refresh whenever the page is loaded or reloaded, ensuring the most recent data.
This seamless display of reviews alongside reorder buttons helps customers feel confident about buying again.
Considerations
This integration is available on all paid plans of Buy Again - Repeat Purchase app.
How to enable the integration
To display Judge.me ratings in Buy Again:
Open the Buy Again app in Shopify admin.
Click Configure Settings.
Scroll to Display Ratings, then:
Set ratings source to Judge.me.
Choose the star position and color.
Click Save.
In Judge.me, go to Settings > Integrations.
Click View API Token and copy the Private API Token.
Go back to Buy Again > App Integrations.
Enable Judge.me and paste the Private API Token.
Click Save.
Judge.me star ratings will now appear in all Buy Again product sections.
