AI-powered product summaries give shoppers a quick snapshot of what customers are saying about a product, without the need to scroll through every review. These summaries increase trust and reduce hesitation, especially for new or undecided customers.
How it works
After your product has at least 5 published text reviews, the Product Reviews Widget is installed and upgraded to the latest version, and the AI Product Review Summary feature is enabled, Judge.me will automatically generate a review summary for that product.
The AI analyzes up to 500 of your most recent product published reviews and creates:
A short summary highlighting common themes or sentiments
A display at the top of the Product Reviews Widget
This helps shoppers quickly understand what others are saying, without scrolling through every review.
Summaries are updated automatically every 30 days if the feature is turned on. If a product becomes newly eligible (for example, by receiving its 5th review), it will be included in the next cycle.
If you turn the feature off and later turn it back on, the same summary will be reused unless more than 30 days have passed since the last update.

Considerations
A summary is generated only if a product has at least 5 published reviews with text.
Up to 500 of the most recent published reviews are included in the summary, irrespective of the review language.
Currently available for English-language widgets only. The AI summary section will be hidden for non-English widgets.
AI product review summary is only available for the Review Widget (beta version).
AI summaries are not generated for products in product groups.
Enable AI product review summary
To show AI product review summary in the Review Widget:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Widgets > Review Widget.
Open the Widget header section.
Scroll down to AI product review summary.
Click the checkbox next to Show product review summary to enable the summary.
Check Show summary text background to enable the feature.
Optionally, check Show summary text background to display the summary in a card-style layout.
Click Save settings to apply your changes.
